      Hi Gabriela,

My boyfriend asks the same question! Those foods are very good for you. They have lots of important nutrients to help you grow strong and healthy.

      Hi Gabriela,

As Becky says, these foods very good for you!

Fish has something called omega-3 fatty acids. This is thought to be good for your heart and your brain. Eskimos, who eat mainly fish, suffer from fewer heart attacks and strokes.

Carrots and broccoli are good for you because they have lots of vitamins in them. Carrots have lots of vitamin A which is good for your eyes. Broccoli is also a good source of vitamin A but some people also think it could help fight off cancer – if that’s not a good reason to eat your veggies then I don’t know what is!

I’m not sure I liked veggies and fish when I was little but now I’m grown up a plate of fish and veg sounds lovely – maybe you’ll be like that too 🙂
