      Hi Rhiana8,

I’m most interested in the water that people drink, so I’m generally looking at water that’s in rivers and lakes (this is called fresh water) rather than the sea. Have you ever swum in the sea? If so, I’m guessing you’ve accidentally swallowed some sea water and know that it tastes really salty and horrible! In some places there’s a lot of sea water but not much fresh water, so people work on the sea water to get rid of all the salt so that people can drink it. This isn’t done that often though, because it’s really expensive!
